Wolfram language looks interesting. I’m skeptical that it really handles data and code as similarly as the early buzz claims. And the claim that you can just program large chunks of your code in natural language seem at odds with even the demos, which clearly show lots of special purpose calls to highly specialized functions for every new form of data. But with enough built-in calls to the cloud for up-to-date knowledge about the world, it could make programs start to seem eerily smart in ways that people aren’t typically used to.
