On May 6th, MIRI is participating in Silicon Valley Gives. That day, dozens of local Bay Area charities will be simultaneously raising millions online through a specially designated online giving portal.
There’s lots of traditional media coverage planned for the event, but what I’m most excited about is the $250,000+ in matching funds and prizes available — all from sources that normally wouldn’t contribute to MIRI at all.
